| 项目内容 Project Content | 杨园派出所位于**区高东镇新园路388号，本次装****点击查看派出所室内及相关附属区域，装修总面积475平方米。现有办公用房建成年限较长，存在设施老化、功能分区不合理、强弱电系统陈旧、服务接待条件不足等问题，已无法满足新时代基层警务规范化、标准化建设要求，也难以适应执法办案、便民服务、应急处突等现实工作需要。为切实夯实**建设基层基础、消除房屋安全隐患、提升警务服务保障能力，****点击查看派出所室内局部装修工程项目。 本次装****点击查看派出所室内及相关附属区域，装修总面积475平方米，主要建设内容包括门窗更新、**隔墙、台阶改造、闸机安装、空调/旗杆等移位、电缆移杆等；顶面、墙面、地面整体翻新、零星修缮，室内强电、弱电、给排水、照明、洁具等系统升级；空调设备工程，大厅及其他区域都按分体空调配置，全面改善办公与服务环境。本工程预计总投资179.36万元，其中**工程费用约159.09万元。现拟通过“择优选取”的方式采购本项目设计单位。 | |||
