| 项目内容 Project Content | 高东派出所位于**区高东镇**路728号，派出所主楼一层接待大厅面积约为274平方米。由于接待大厅设施老旧、整体环境陈旧，原有正门玻璃门样式与大厅规划布局不匹配；内部功能房间布局不合理，现有用房条件无法满足现阶段窗口接待、案件办理、调解洽谈、值班值守、会议办公等实际工作需求。为进一步优化办公服务环境、规范功能分区、提升基层警务服务效能，****点击查看派出所接待大厅功能提升工程项目。 ****点击查看派出所主楼一层装修改造、三四层走廊及楼梯间修缮工程，结合日常警务运行、群众办事及内部办公实际需求，按照实用、简洁、舒适、安全的设计理念，对原有接待大厅进行全面翻新升级、重新规划布局一层功能区域、实施整体装修工程，同时开展原有设施拆除、垃圾外运、**隔墙等零星工程，同步配齐电子屏、接待台、便民台等配套设施。本工程预计总投资103.47万元，其中**工程费用约85.81万元。现拟通过“择优选取”的方式采购本项目设计单位。 | |||
