拆除校内东侧4#、5#楼及部分门面房等拆除总建筑面积1006平方米；在原址**一幢综合楼总建筑面积约10499.4平方米，其中地下建筑面积约2113 平方米；对4号(原1号）、5号（原2号）、6号（原3号）、7号（原6号）在不改变建筑主体结构的前提下实施整体修缮8083.27平方米；对2号（原7号）楼进行加固改建，将现状食堂调整为专用教学楼，改造面积约528平方米；并对室外总体工程完善，新增设置城市应急避难场所一处。

（二）在中介集市报名前1年内存在2次记入一般不良诚信档案行为的；

（三）在中介集市报名前2年内存在1次记入严重不良诚信档案行为的；

（四）在中介集市报名后中介服务合同签订前，存在记入一般或者严重不良诚信档案行为的

I. One recorded minor bad credit behavior within 3 months before registration in the intermediary market.

II. Two recorded minor bad credit behaviors within 1 year before registration in the intermediary market.

III. One recorded serious bad credit behavior within 2 years before registration in the intermediary market.

IV. Any recorded general or serious bad credit behavior between the registration in the intermediary market and before the signing of the intermediary service contract.
