我公司就坦桑尼亚姆班巴湾新码头开发的设计与建造工程所需电缆材料采购进行公开直接采购，****点击查看公司前来应答及报价，现将有关事项说明如下：

Our company intends to procure cable materials required for the Design and Build Works of the New Mbamba Bay Port Development Project in Tanzania through an open direct procurement process. Your company is hereby invited to participate in the procurement process and submit your quotation. The relevant details are set out below:

一、项目名称：坦桑尼亚姆班巴湾新码头开发的设计与建造。

Project Name: Design and construction of the new wharf development in Mbamba Bay, Tanzania.

二、项目地点：Mbamba Bay，Songea，Tanzania。

Project location: Mbamba Bay，Songea，Tanzania.

三、工期：2026年11月-2027年1月。

Construction period:November 2026 – January 2027

四、询价物资：清单内的电缆材料采购进行报价。

Fourth, the inquiry materials: Please submit your quotation for the procurement of the cable materials listed in the attached list.

五、交货时间：根据施工及生产进度要求，

乙方应根据甲方通知要求组织生产，并按照甲方指定的时间及要求安排材料进场。Party B shall organize production in accordance with Party A’s instructions and arrange for the materials to be delivered to the designated site at the time and in accordance with the requirements specified by Party A.

六、付款方式及付款条件：

6.1 预付款：合同总价的 50%，供应商提供等额预付款保函后支付；

6.2交货前付款：剩余合同价款的50%，由买方在货物交付前支付。

银行转账，币种为坦先令。

I. Payment Method and Payment Terms:

6.1 Advance Payment: 50% of the total Contract Price shall be paid upon the Seller’s submission of an advance payment guarantee for an amount equal to the advance payment.

6.2 Payment Before Delivery: The remaining 50% of the Contract Price shall be paid by the Buyer before delivery of the goods.

Payment Method: Bank transfer. The payment currency shall be Tanzanian Shillings (TZS).

七、报价要求：

1、报价文件须完整列明产品单价及总价，并加盖企业公章，方视为有效报价文件。

1.The quotation document shall clearly specify the unit price and total price of the products and shall bear the company’s official seal to be considered a valid quotation.

2、报价方须为独立企业法人，具备合法有效的营业执照。

2. The bidder shall be an independent legal entity of the enterprise and hold a valid business license.

3、报价须明确标注报价金额是否含税。

3. The quotation shall clearly specify whether the quoted price is tax-inclusive.

4、所供全部产品须符合坦桑尼亚当地现行相关标准规范，并通过甲方及咨询工程师的审核与认可。

4. All supplied products shall comply with the current relevant local standards of Tanzania and shall be reviewed and approved by the Buyer and the Consultant Engineer.

5、报价方仅可对自身经营许可范围内的物资产品进行报价，不得超经营范围报价。

5. The bidder shall only quote for materials and products within its business scope, and no quotation beyond the business scope is allowed.
