| 项目内容 Project Content | 高东镇金纬东苑小区位于**区高东镇**路489弄，该小区建造于2004年代，有小区居民336户，小区共有房屋13幢，其中：住宅楼10幢28个单元、附属用房3幢，总建筑面积34373.99平方米。由于小区建造时间较久加之年久失修，目前小区存在屋面破损严重、外墙面空鼓裂缝渗水严重、公共楼栋破损严重、公共设施老化严重等问题对居民日常生活带来诸多不便。拟实施高东镇金纬东苑屋面及相关设施改造项目。本工程修缮性质为屋面及相关设施改造工程，主要对金纬东苑小区 进行屋面修缮、外墙修缮、公共部位整新、附属设施修缮、景观绿化整修及海绵化改造等。本工程预计总投资959.63万元，其中**工程费用约810.39万元。现拟通过“择优选取”的方式采购本项目设计单位。 | |||
