Brief Specification Description: Specialized Plan for the Layout of Funeral Facilities, including detailed planning maps for 42 sites. The scope covers the administrative jurisdictions of the 32 sub-districts and towns in Pudong New Area, excluding the four towns under the jurisdiction of the Lingang Management Committee (Wanxiang Town, Shuyuan Town, Nicheng Town, and Nanhui New Town) and the Airport South District unit within the jurisdiction of Zhuqiao Town. This project is a non-reserved-quota procurement project. The specific project details, scope of procurement, and requirements to be met shall be subject to the relevant provisions in the consultation documents.

Brief Specification Description: Specialized Planning for the Layout of Funeral Facilities, including detailed planning maps and regulations for six sites. The scope covers four towns under the jurisdiction of the Lingang Administrative Committee (Wanxiang Town, Shuyuan Town, Nicheng Town, and Nanhui New Town) as well as the southern airport district unit within the jurisdiction of Zhuqiao Town. This project is a procurement project without reserved quotas. The specific project details, scope of procurement, and requirements to be met shall be subject to the relevant provisions in the negotiation documents.

(4) Other specific qualification requirements: Possession of a valid Class A qualification for urban and rural planning (territorial spatial planning) preparation units, issued by the competent administrative department.
