| 项目内容 Project Content | 本项目拟通过择优选取的方式确定资质符合要求的单位为本工程提供监理服务。工程内容范围：以新区生活垃圾分类精品居住区标准及评分细则为依据，针对1座垃圾厢房实施系统性升级：拆除扩建原有建筑以优化空间布局，同步升级水电排水系统并配置照明、除臭杀虫、通风及冲洗设备，通过绿植花卉点缀与涂鸦彩绘美化环境，增加智慧化应用场景、接入系统平台等实现功能完善、环境美化与智能管理的一体化改造。另外设计建设1处环保小屋，1处探索与湿垃圾**化利用相关的1米绿植园地，综合提升投放环境。监理人应采用国家颁布的《建筑工程监理规范》（GB50319-2013）、****点击查看政府《关于进一步规范本市建筑市场加强建设工程质量安全管理的若干意见》（沪府发 2011 年 1 号文）及有关行业标准执行相关监理工作。 | |||
